Alarm installation and maintenance:
We provide the following services:

Risk assessments – we will assess your premises and design a security solution that is custom designed, according to the client’s needs and which exceed all legal minimum standards.

Alarm installations – we will install alarm systems that exceed by – law 25 SAIDSA specifications.

Alarm system maintenance – we maintain all types of alarm systems and devices. We carry stock of all components on site.

Armed Response:
Our company deploys armed reaction vehicles to emergency situations (such as burglary, panic and fire situations) at the client’s premises.
All vehicles are manned by fully trained and armed response officers. These vehicles are in contact with our 24 hour control room via at two way voice network. These vehicles are monitored via a tracking device and each vehicle is identified on our electronic map in the control room. Each despatch officer in the control room is enabled to despatch the nearest response vehicle to the client’s premises, and this tracking greatly reduces response times, when an emergency arises.
All our clients are plotted on an electronic map, thus enabling the reduction of response times, and to ensure that the correct premises are visited.
CCTV installations and repairs:
We install premium products that will provide closed circuit television footage of a high standard.
Electric fencing:
We supply and maintain wall top and free standing electric fencing. These fences are monitored in our 24 hour control room, and in the event that they get cut, or access is gained through them, our armed response teams are despatched to the premises to investigate the incident.
Drive by patrols:
Our patrol vehicles continually drive around your neighbourhood in order to increase visibility, as a “show of force” to potential criminals, to deter them from attempting to enter any property in the neighbourhood.
Meet and Greet services:
This service is for clients, who arrive home late at night, or feel unsafe when returning home. Arrangements are made with the control room. Clients meet up with our response vehicle at a safe location, and our response vehicle will follow the client home. The reaction officer will check the premises and escort the client into his home, once he is sure the premises are safe.
Holiday patrols:
When clients are away from their premises, arrangements can be made for our reaction vehicles to patrol the premises at irregular intervals. On the completion of the visit, the client will get an sms confirming that the holiday patrol has been done
